Only 111 (142-252) verses of Surah Al-Baqarah are in this part.
There are four things in this paragraph:
1. Qibla delivery

- Qibla delivery:
After migration to Madinah, Bayt al-Maqdis was the Qibla for sixteen or seventeen months. The Holy Prophet desired that the Kaaba be the Qibla. Allah fulfilled the wish and the Qibla changed.
2. Verse of Goodness and Chapter of Goodness:
It is not righteous to turn your face away. (Al-Baqarah: 177)
This verse is called Al-Bar, in it, all the commands of beliefs, acts of worship, affairs, society and morals are briefly mentioned, further in the chapter of Al-Ber (Goodness) in detail:

3. The story of the plague:
Some people were affected by the plague, they moved to other cities for fear of death, Allah (sent two angels) killed them (so that people would know that no one could escape from death). (Upon the supplication of a prophet) gave him life again.
4. Tale of Talut:
The army of Talut defeated the army of Goliath despite being less by the order of Allah.

ہجرت مدینہ کے بعد سولہ یا سترہ ماہ تک بیت المقدس قبلہ رہا ، آپ ﷺ کی چاہت تھی کہ خانہ کعبہ قبلہ ہو، اللہ تعالیٰ نے آرزو پوری کی اور قبلہ تبدیل ہوگیا۔
۔2۔ آیتِ بر اور ابوابِ بر:
لَّيْسَ الْبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّوا وُجُوهَكُمْ ۔۔۔ (البقرۃ:۱۷۷)
یہ آیتِ بر کہلاتی ہے، اس میں تمام احکامات عقائد، عبادات، معاملات، معاشرت اور اخلاق اجمالی طور پر مذکور ہیں، آگے ابواب البر میں تفصیلی طور پر ہیں:

۔۲۔ مردار، خون، خنزیر کا گوشت اور جو غیر اللہ تعالیٰ کے نامزد ہو ان کی حرمت

۔۱۴۔ مشرکین سے نکاح

۔3۔ قصۂ طاعون:
کچھ لوگوں پر طاعون کی بیماری آئی، وہ موت کے خوف سے دوسرے شہر چلے گئے، اللہ تعالیٰ نے (دو فرشتوں کو بھیج کر) انھیں موت دی (تاکہ انسانوں کو پتا چل جائے کہ کوئی موت سے بھاگ نہیں سکتا) کچھ عرصے بعد اللہ نے (ایک نبی کے دعا مانگنے پر) انھیں دوبارہ زندگی دے دی۔
۔4۔ قصۂ طالوت:
طالوت کے لشکر نے جالوت کے لشکر کو باوجود کم ہونے کے اللہ تعالیٰ کے حکم سے شکست دے دی۔۔۔
