The name of the part is “Wal-Muhsanat”
There is only one surah named “An-Nisa”

- Household measures:
The first instruction was given that the man is the head of the woman, then three measures were given to the man regarding the disobedient wife: One is to preach and advise her, if she does not obey, then separate the bed, if she still does not obey, then take extreme measures. He can also beat her while staying within limits.
2. Justice and kindness:
Justice and kindness were ordered so that the collective life would also be correct.
3. Motivation of Jihad:
He encouraged Jihad by saying that do not be afraid of death, it can come even while sitting at home, going out for Jihad does not ensure death, nor does staying at home guarantee the safety of life.
4. Condemnation of Hypocrites:
By condemning the hypocrites, the Muslims have been alerted to them that beware! These people want to make you a disbeliever like them.
5. Punishments for Murder:
A very harsh tone was used while describing the punishments for murder that the one who kills a Muslim intentionally will always burn in hell.
6. Migration and Salat al-Khuf:
Jihad was encouraged, it also involves migration, and during Jihad and migration, there is fear of the enemy while praying, so Salat al-Khuf was explained.
7. A short story:
A person who appeared to be a Muslim but was actually a hypocrite stole and blamed a Jew. This incident reached the Prophet (peace be upon him). When the Rasool of Allah was near to announce his decision in favour of this hypocrite the Holy Quran said that the thief is a hypocrite like a Muslim, so the thief fled to Makkah and became an open infidel.
8. Encouragement to follow the straight path:
Beware of obeying the devil, he is misleading; follow Abu al-Anbiya Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him), and pay for women’s rights, there is a severe punishment for the hypocrites.

۔۱۔ خانہ داری کی تدابیر:
پہلی ہدایت تو یہ دی گئی کہ مرد سربراہ ہے عورت کا پھر نافرمان بیوی سے متعلق مرد کو تین تدبیریں بتائی گئیں: ایک یہ کہ اس کو وعظ و نصیحت کرے، نہ مانے تو بستر الگ کردے، اگر پھر بھی نہ مانے تو انتہائی اقدام کے طور پر حد میں رہتے ہوئے اس کی پٹائی بھی کرسکتا ہے۔
۔۲۔ عدل و احسان:
عدل و احسان کا حکم دیا گیا تاکہ اجتماعی زندگی بھی درست ہوجائے۔
۔۳۔ جہاد کی ترغیب:
جہاد کی ترغیب دی کہ موت سے نہ ڈرو وہ تو گھر بیٹھے بھی آسکتی ہے، نہ جہاد میں نکلنا موت کو یقینی بناتا ہے، نہ گھر میں رہنا زندگی کے تحفظ کی ضمانت ہے۔
۔۴۔ منافقین کی مذمت:
منافقین کی مذمت کرکے مسلمانوں کو ان سے چوکنا کیا ہے کہ خبردار! یہ لوگ تمھیں بھی اپنی طرح کافر بنانا چاہتے ہیں۔
۔۵۔ قتل کی سزائیں:
قتل کی سزائیں بیان کرتے ہوئے بڑا سخت لہجہ استعمال ہوا کہ مسلمان کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کرنے والا ہمیشہ ہمیشہ جہنم میں جلے گا، مراد اس سے جائز سمجھ کر قتل کرنے والا ہے۔
۔۶۔ ہجرت اور صلاۃ الخوف:
جہاد کی ترغیب دی تھی، اس میں ہجرت بھی کرنی پرتی ہے اور جہاد ار ہجرت میں نماز پڑھتے وقت دشمن کا خوف ہوتا ہے، اس لیے صلاۃ الخوف بیان ہوئی۔
۔۷۔ ایک مختصر قصہ:
ایک شخص جو بظاہر مسلمان مگر در حقیقت منافق تھا اس نے چوری کی اور الزام ایک یہودی پر لگادیا، نبی علیہ السلام تک یہ واقعہ پہنچا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہودی کے خلاف فیصلہ دینے ہی والے تھے کہ آیت نازل ہوئی اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے بتا دیا کہ چور وہ مسلمان نما منافق ہے، چنانچہ وہ چور مکہ بھاگا اور کھلا کافر بن گیا۔
۔۸۔ سیدھے راستے پر چلنے کی ترغیب:
شیطان کی اطاعت سے بچو، وہ گمراہ کن ہے، ابو الانبیاء ابرہیم علیہ السلام کی اتباع کرو، عورتوں کے حقوق ادا کرو، منافقین کے لیے سخت عذاب ہے۔
